Our award process follows a structured approach, designed to ensure fairness and inclusivity. We have a jury consisting of 100 esteemed members, each with vast expertise and knowledge in the events industry. Every year, we select and approve a set of categories for the awards. These categories are then sent to the jury members, who nominate individuals or organizations they believe have excelled within those categories. Once the nominations are submitted, we meticulously collate the data to identify the best candidates based on the jury’s input.
In addition to the jury’s nominations, we also offer an open nomination process to ensure broader participation. This means that candidates who wish to be considered for an award can submit their works and highlight their performance over the past year. Furthermore, the general public or industry peers can nominate deserving candidates through open nomination forms. This inclusive approach allows for a comprehensive and diverse pool of nominees, ensuring that the most deserving individuals or organizations are recognized.
Once we have compiled the nominations, we move forward to the voting phase of the award process. To ensure transparency and fairness, the official nomination list will be released two weeks before the voting begins. This two-week period serves an important purpose: it provides all nominees with ample time to be informed of their nomination and to prepare, ensuring that every candidate has an equal opportunity to compete and campaign if necessary.
This approach allows all nominees to familiarize themselves with the process, reach out to their supporters, and ensure their efforts over the past year are recognized. By giving all candidates equal time to prepare and confirm their nomination, we aim to maintain a level playing field throughout the voting process. The voting will then proceed, guided by these principles of fairness and inclusivity, to ensure the most deserving individuals or organizations are celebrated.
